Reboot your mp4 watch

by Administrator | post a comment

An MP4 watch does much more than display the current time. These watches can store and play audio and video files, and many models even allow you to record audio. As with other portable media players, an MP4 watch may give you problems from time to time. One way to fix these problems is to reboot the watch. This is fairly simple to do, and it may save you from having to purchase a new watch.

Steps:

Install the setup program found on the CD that came with the MP4 watches onto your computer.

Plug the watch into your computer via a USB port.

Open My Computer on your desktop. Right-click the memory icon for your MP4 watch located under Devices with Removable Storage. Select Format. A box will open.

Click the File system drop box and select FAT. Click the Start button at the bottom of the box. A confirmation window will open. Click OK in that window and allow the process to complete.

Rerun the MP4 watch setup program from the CD to finish rebooting your watch.

Warning:

Search for firmware updates for your MP4 watch after you complete this process. You can find these updates on the manufacturer's official website.
